Know Your Numbers
As part of Know Your Numbers Week 2024, which is taking place 2-8 September 2024, we’re encouraging everyone in our area to find out their blood pressure.
High blood pressure can lead to heart attacks, strokes, and other illnesses. Once you know your numbers, you can get support to bring your blood pressure under control and help reduce your risk of these diseases.
Across the area, One Leisure active lifestyles are holding a range of free blood pressure test visits. Please see dates below:
ST NEOTS
- Wednesday 4 September: Eatons Centre 9.00am-11.00am & St Neots Museum 11:30am-4.00pm
- Thursday 5 September: St Neots Library 9.30am-12.00pm & Eatons Centre 1.00pm-4.00pm
- Saturday 7 September: Pocket Park Run 8.30am-11.00pm
ST IVES
- Tuesday 3 September: St Ives Library
- Thursday 5 September: Community Cafe @ St Ives Methodist Church 9.30am-11.30am
