Voluntary Sector Network

The Voluntary Sector Network is planning for the future

The Voluntary Sector Network is currently working with its members and partners to review the ICS VCSE strategy; ‘Working together for a better future’.

Significant progress has been made since it launched in 2022. Highlights include development and expansion of the Voluntary Sector Network and brand; launch of the £2million Healthier Futures Fund and ICB/Assura community grants programmes; VCSE representation roles on all ICB committees and accountable business units; launch of a VCSE data sharing project; Quality Development Tool workshops; and ICB training and development offers made to the sector.

The Network is keen to build on this momentum with a new action plan setting out the steps needed to achieve our ambition of making our voluntary sector truly equal partners in the Integrated Care System.

A consultation is underway, and the Network is seeking people’s views to shape the draft action plan further. To have your say, please complete a short survey on the Network webpage.
