Meet Carol Anderson
Carol Anderson is a Registered Nurse and has over 30 years’ experience in the NHS and has been a Chief Nurse for over 15 years, with a stint as a CCG Accountable Officer before returning to nursing which is her passion. Carol continues to regularly visit wards and practices, to ensure she maintains strong links to her colleagues in the nursing profession.
Carol was Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG’s Chief Nurse, and has significant experience of working at a senior level responsible for Nursing Teams, including Children’s and Maternity and Continuing Healthcare, Quality, Patient Safety and Experience and is the ICB’s Caldicott Guardian.
Carol is committed to a collaborative approach to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities, putting local people and communities at the heart of everything we do. She is the Accountable Emergency Officer and Caldicott Guardian.
Carol is Chief Nursing Officer.
