Meet Steve Grange

Steve Grange has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of senior NHS roles and was appointed as Chief Executive at CPFT in October 2024. Steve joined CPFT from the Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust where he held the position of Director of Strategy and Strategic Integration and Deputy Chief Executive. Steve joined MPFT in 2006 and prior to this worked as a National Improvement Lead at the NHS Modernisation Agency. 

Steve is passionate about people-centred care and reducing health inequalities. He also Chairs the NHS MOD Joining Forces Network, a role he has held since December 2008.
