East Cambs Neighbourhood

East Cambridgeshire Integrated Neighbourhood has released its Annual Report reflecting the impactful work undertaken between June 2023 to June 2024.
Integrated Neighbourhood working brings together people living and working in a local community with those cross-sector organisations providing support in that area. This way of working enhances the understanding of the local health and wellbeing needs and enables proactive and collaborative work to support people to live happier, healthier, and safer lives within well-connected communities.
Ashling Bannon, East Cambridgeshire Integrated Neighbourhood Programme Manager said:
“I’m thrilled to be able to share our second Annual Report for our Integrated Neighbourhood which reflects the breadth of collaborations and maturing partnerships.
In the report we share with you the emerging evidence of the impact we have made in embedding a more ‘liberated’ way of working to support the people living and working in East Cambridgeshire, from providing breastfeeding support to over 400 new mothers, to welcoming 1,950 regular visitors to local community hubs across the area.
I encourage everyone to explore the report including clicking on the links to the websites and documents from our partner organisations and we would welcome contact from anyone wishing to discuss our way of working.”
Key sections of the report include:
- Strategy overview
- Highlights from June 2023 — June 2024
- Introduction to the East Cambridgeshire Wellness Programme and Hub,
- A showcase of work and projects undertaken as an Integrated Neighbourhood, categorised by four workstreams: Starting Well, Living Well, Ageing Well and Operating Well; and
- Future ambitions and opportunities.
The annual report can be viewed on both desktop and mobile devices and is available in page and format on request. You can download the East Cambs Integrated Neighbourhood Annual Report 23-24 here.
