Easter 2025 vaccine clinics

Easter childhood vaccination clinics in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

The local NHS is running free walk-in vaccination clinics during the Easter holidays to help protect children from getting seriously ill.

Between Monday 7 April and Thursday 17 April, routine childhood vaccinations, including against measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), HPV, diphtheria, tetanus and polio, and meningitis and sepsis, are available at eight venues across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for eligible children.

The RSV vaccine will also be on offer for those who are at least 28 weeks pregnant, plus the whooping cough jab for those 16 weeks pregnant or more.

The walk-in clinics are a partnership between NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust. No appointment is necessary to attend any of these walk-in clinics and all vaccinations are completely free of charge.

Integrated Vaccination Service Programme Lead with NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, Cali Makewell, said: “We want to help parents and carers across the area protect their children from serious illness. That’s why we’re organising a series of walk-in vaccination clinics so that children in eligible age groups can get the vaccines they need, quickly and easily.

“We know life can be busy, so the school holidays are a perfect time for eligible children to get vaccinated. You don’t need to book an appointment; just turn up and give your child the protection they need.”
