End of life survey

Are you or someone close to you living with a terminal illness? Take part in East of England survey to share your experience - and shape a better end of life for all.

On behalf of those responsible for shaping palliative and end of life care, NHS East of England and Marie Curie are conducting a survey to understand the experiences of people in the East of England. 

Whatever your experience of terminal illness, we encourage you to take part. Your input could help ensure a better end of life for all.
