Additional mental health data now available in the Shared Care Record

General ICS image

The Shared Care Record is now sharing five types of key mental health documents from Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT). These documents provide instant access to more detailed mental health information and will save users valuable time in having to source the information by other means.

The documents and the additional information they provide can be viewed via the Person Summary dashboard giving health and social care staff easy access to this type of information for the first time.

There are five document types being shared:

  • Care Plans
  • Crisis Plans
  • Diagnosis Extracts
  • Risk Assessments
  • Mental Health Act Notices

The addition of these documents enriches the data already held and gives Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Shared Care Record users an improved holistic view of a person’s history and interactions between different services across our ICS area.
