New Default Landing Page and Disclaimer Launched

New default landing page and disclaimer news post

A new default landing page and clinical safety disclaimer have gone live this week to ensure users across our region can get straight to the data they need to see whilst understanding where that information has come from.

With this change release, the default landing page is now the Person Summary. This aims to give users quick, easy access to the health and social care history and clinical data they need to support their patients and the people who access health and social care services across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region.

Users will now automatically land on the Person Summary page, a dashboard providing easy access to structured data and documents.  Users can choose what type of information they want to view from this new dashboard by simply clicking on the tabs.

Access to data, including data from GP Connect and social care feeds, will continue to be available via the Clinical Document Viewer (CDV) tree, found on the left-hand-side of the screen.

As part of this work, a new Disclaimer has also been added to the Person Summary page to meet clinical safety requirements and ensure users understand the source of and limitations of the data.
